solo riders(woman & men) - N$ 4000.00 - entries open 03 June 2024 at 10h00 Namibian time.
two person(woman, men, mixed) - N$ 7000 - entries open 10 June 2024 at 10h00 Namibian time
four person(woman, men, mixed) - N$ 13 000 - entries open 17 June 2024 at 10h00 Namibian time
2024 Nedbank Desert Dash Date: Friday 6 December depart at The Grove.
14:30 for Solo Riders
15:00 for Two Person Riders
15:30 for Four Person Riders
Saturday 7 December arrive in Swakopmund at Platz Am Meer.
From opening of entries until 31 July–advertised entry fees apply.
• 01 August – 30 August – 20% additional cost applies.
• 01 September – 31 September – 10% additional ontop of previous date applies.
• 01 October – 30 October – 10% additional ontop of previous date applies.
• 01 November onwards – double the original cost applies.
NB – no wheeling and dealing with entries is allowed.
Unused entries must be given back to the organizers within the refund period.
REFUND POLICY
1. From when entries open ( 1st week June) until 13th of July – 75% Refund.
2. From 14th of July until end of September 50% Refund.
3. From 1st October - NO REFUND
4. 50% Refund for medical emergency withdrawals from 1 November to end November (proof to be provided).
6. Refunds apply to individuals only. for example: if 1 person out of a team qualifies for the refund, the team
member/s can still ride or look for a replacement. the refund does not automatically apply to the rest of the team.
5. No roll over entries allowed.
